2000 - Joined SKIGB in Grimsby.

 

2001 - Represented SKIGB at 9th SKIEF European

Championships, Copenhagen, Denmark.

2002 - Awarded Shodan by Hanshi Asano 9th Dan (SKIEF)

 

2003 - Represented SKIGB at 8th SKIF World Championships Durban, South Africa. Won Bronze in Womens Individual Kumite.

 

Awarded NELSA Sports Personality of the Year.

(N.E Lincolnshire Sports Association)

 

2004 - Represented SKIGB at 10th SKIEF European

Championships, Odessa, Ukraine.2005 - Awarded Nidan by Hanshi Asano 9th Dan (SKIEF)

 

2006 - Represented SKIGB at 9th SKIF World Championships Tokyo, Japan.

 

Left SKIEF after being disillusioned with it's direction.

Joined the newley formed association SCUKO under

Sensei Steve Carless 5th Dan.

 

Kaizen No-Michi was formed.

 

2007 - Awarded Instructor Level 1 by Sensei Carless 5th Dan

 

2009 - Awarded Sandan by Sensei Organ 6th Dan (SCUKO)

Champion - Kata

 

SCUKO Senior League Championships Grand

Champion - Kumite

 

2010 - Awarded Instructor Level 2 by Sensei Carless 5th Dan

2011 - SCUKO joined JKS (Japan Karate Shotorenmei)

 

Represented England at JKS Ireland Spring

Championships. Won Silver in both Womens Individual

Kumite & Kumite 35yrs+ , and Bronze in Womens Kata.

 

Represented JKS England at 2011 JKS World

Championships, Edinburgh. Won Bronze in Womens

Team Kumite (19+).

 

2014 - Awarded Yondan by Masao Kagawa 8th Dan JKS
