A very enjoyable course with JKS Harrow Chief Instructor Shyam Raithatha today at JKS England brown & black belt session. Lots to think about in all the heian katas traditional & modern fighting applications. KNM assistant instructors Luke Wren- Stringer and Ben Chase were presented with there Dan Certificates that came directly from Japan.
