JKS Brown & Blackbelt Course Sunday 8th April 2018

KNM students travelled to Nottingham to attend the JKS Brown & Blackbelt course with Sensei’s Alan Campbell & Paul Wrorenscroft.

Lots of tabata exercises, then tubes and kanku sho with Paul Sensei . Kumite drills started with partners then in 3s with Alan Sensei and to finish off, Hachimon Kata.
