Black Belt Success for Brooke at JKS England Autumn Seminar. Saturday 12th October 2019

Kaizen No-Michi mother-of-one recently gained her 1st Dan black belt.

Congratulations to 36 year old Chef Brooke Wren-Stringer, who graded before a panel of senior karate instructors during the JKS weekend Karate Course held in Nottingham.

Brooke had been practising karate for 3 years in Lincoln , then joined our dojo after moving back home to Grimsby in 2014.

Brooke had to take a short break last year after receiving her first child with her husband, Luke, who is a 2nd Dan Black Belt and an assistant instructor at our dojo. But Brooke soon got herself back fighting fit and gained the prestigious award of receiving her Black Belt.
